								<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Tras periodos de crisis económica como el que hemos vivido, debemos intentar <strong>ahorrar</strong> en todo lo que podamos, de ahí los trucos para ahorrar en torno a un 27 por ciento en la <strong>factura de la luz</strong>. Y es que, con un precio de la luz que se encarece durante los meses de verano, disminuir el <strong>consumo energético</strong> de los hogares se convierte en la única vía para reducir la factura de la luz a final de mes. Debes saber que cambiando algunos hábitos podrías ahorrar hasta 300 euros anuales en la factura del gas y la electricidad. Como detalla el 10º Índice de <strong>Eficiencia Energética</strong> los electrodomésticos son los que comportan un mayor gasto en los hogares españoles, con un potencial ahorro de 42’9 por ciento.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">El frigorífico es el que mayor peso tiene en el <strong>consumo energético del hogar</strong> ya que se mantiene encendido las 24 horas del día. Algunos buenos hábitos en cuanto al frigorífico son no dejar la puerta abierta, mantener en buen estado nuestro refrigerador o no introducir alimentos demasiado calientes para evitar una mayor utilización de energía para enfriar los alimentos y bebidas. Otro aspecto importante es la <strong>temperatura de la nevera</strong>, ya que por cada grado de disminución se gasta un 5 por ciento más de energía. Lo ideal es conservar una temperatura de entre 3 y 7 grados en el compartimento de refrigeración y unos -18 grados en el congelador.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por otro lado, al cambiar alguno de los aparatos eléctricos del hogar hay que tener muy en cuenta qué modelo se elige y qué <strong>etiqueta energética</strong> tiene. En el caso de la televisión, por ejemplo, elegir una de pantalla de plasma puede ocasionar que se consuma 2’5 veces más que instalando una de tipo LCD. Y con la tele también podemos reducir hasta un 15 por ciento la <strong>factura de la luz</strong> si lo apagamos en lugar de dejarlo en stand-by. Por otro lado, lo más recomendable para la lavadora es llenarla del todo, programarla en ciclos cortos y utilizar cuando sea posible el lavado en frío, ya que el 80 por ciento de la energía que utiliza es para calentar el agua.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para los ordenadores, enchufes e iluminación, dejar enchufado el cable del ordenador o del móvil, no quitar los ladrones o no desconectar los alargadores puede incrementar nuestra factura de la luz. Actos como apagar el ordenador cuando no se vaya a usar más, reducir el brillo de la pantalla o quitar el salvapantallas, <strong>ahorrarán energía</strong> y algo de dinero en tu factura de la luz. Y es que con un <strong>uso eficiente</strong> de la iluminación se podría ahorrar al año un 26’2 por ciento, que equivalen a alrededor de 340 millones de euros al año en el conjunto de hogares españoles.</p>
