Esta clasificación certificada de empresas de servicios energéticos, conocidas por las siglas ESEs, es única en el mercado y ha sido creada hace un año por ANESE en respuesta a la demanda de las propias ESEs, que no contaban hasta entonces con un registro oficial con garantía, así como por los clientes, a los que les resultaba complicado distinguir una empresa que ofrece garantía de ahorros de otro tipo de empresas del sector energético. De este modo, las grandes empresas privadas, las pymes, los administradores de fincas e incluso las personas individuales interesadas en el tema podrán conocer qué se puede hacer en eficiencia energética y cómo podrán utilizar la herramienta de la clasificación en su beneficio.
Esta jornada de eficiencia energética en Zaragoza comenzó con un acto inaugural en el que participará el director general de Industria, Pymes, Comercio y Artesanía del Gobierno de Aragón, Fernando Fernández Cuello, aparte de contarse con la presencia del director del ITAINNOVA, Ángel Fernández Cuello. Además, se llevaron a cabo ponencias de Anese, TÜV Rheinland Ibérica, Esse, Buderus, del grupo Bosch, e ISTA, con presentaciones técnicas relacionadas con la trasposición de la Directiva Europea de Eficiencia Energética.
La primera parte de la jornada finalizó con una ponencia a cargo de Inmaculada Fraj, responsable de Certificación de Personas de la Fundación CIRCE, el Centro de Investigación de Recursos y Consumos Energéticos de Zaragoza. El foro también permitió analizar la situación actual del mercado, así como la eficiencia energética, las medidas que se pueden tomar para el ahorro energético, la normativa y, en especial, la clasificación certificada de empresas de servicios energéticos, ESEs. Que además es única en el mercado y ha sido creada hace un año por ANESE en respuesta a la demanda de las propias ESEs.
